  The Renaissance Group is an investment/stock shareholder group that is dedicated in the efforts to revitalize the common man and woman financiallyand socially. In essence to create a financial, emotional and social "renaissance" in each other lives that we come in contact with throughout the diaspera of the world.
In lieu of this depleating economy; it is imperative that we pool together and create and brighter financial resolution to the economical plights that face us and our communities. Alone the economic pressures can overtake us; but collectively we can achieve much. And as an investor or stock shareholder within The Renaissance Group, this can and will become a reality.
Here's SOME the ways you will benefit from investing in The Renaissance Group and participate in recieving residual income per your investment, creating a financial Renaissance; while making a change in the world as you invest in YOURSELF:
Phase 1:
Example, with 100,000 investors (minimum) in the membership (and acquiring more members as ambassadors of The Renaissance Group) with the minimum investment of $1000 per investor or more; that amount equates to $100,000,000 million dollars (liquid cash) of investment money. Upon various months of this process and obtaining of funds, Phase 1 (real estate development) will begin; whereas we venture to purchase and acquire land, perform the ground-breaking ceremony for various 1 bedroom apartment facilities 1,500 unit facilities with an average living cost of $500-550 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $750,000 to $900,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).
Part 2 of this phase is to continue building with 2 bedroom facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $600-650 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $900,000 to $975,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).
Part 3 of this phase is to continue building with 3 bedroom facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $700-750 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $1,050,000 to $1,125,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).
Part 4 of this phase is to continue building with townhome facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $800-850 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $1,200,000 to $1,275,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).
With just one complex of these 4 parts (1, 2, 3 bedroom and townhome facilites) the gross monthly income would be $3,900,000 to $4,275,000. The objective goal is to produce a group, a triad if u will, of living facilities within various major cities (minimum of 3 properties per city; thus a projective gross monthly income of $11,700,000 to $12,825,000 for the triad). Once this phase is completed, we venture of to another MAJOR city in America (presently there are 10 cities in our sights: THOSE CITIES ARE TO BE ANNOUNCED AS TIME PROGRESSES). Once these cities have been obtained; the total gross for The Renaissance Group and ALL of its investors will gross $117,000,000 to $128,250,000 per month (NOT including the various concerts, afterparties, products and other business ventures). Providing contiuous residual income for each investor/shareholder.
Phase 2:
On a continuous economic basis, we'd then start Phase 2 (Entertainment/Event Promotion). In the actions of Phase 2 we will expeditiously acquire a facility for a major concert event to occur monthly, conact the artists' management team to confirm a feasible date of the artist's performance (obtain the amount of the artist fee, give half to the management on behalf of the artist and the other half upon the artists' performance - $50,000), we would then negotiate with ticketmaster.com give them their fee to start promotions and ticket pressings (whereas they recieve $3 off every ticket and with ticket pricing beginning at $55 each and facility seating at 20,000 units the gross of that event would equate to...$1,100,000 made in one night (whereas you as members get EXCLUSIVE backstage passes to meet and greet the artists and recieve residual income checks from that event and the afterparty event that same night at an alternate location in that particular city) - With your contributions, this process can occur at least twice a month or more in various cities throughout the USA and in select cities worldwide (We would continue this process from henceforth and beyond).
Phase 3:
Phase 3 will incorporate our operations of mineral extractions of the wealth of the Earth (ex. diamond and gold extractions). Through our negotiated partnerships with various governments and soveriegnties we have been granted access to the wealth of the land for the economic increase for all persons included. Upon acquisition of the land for excavation, drilling, mining, etc.; we'd invest several million dollars of OUR investment money into the cultivating of the diamond and gold mines. After excavations has been obtained we'd pay the tarrif charges to have the materials shipped here to the US and ready for sale to the general public (an enterprise which is a Billion dollar business within itself). Whereas you as an investor can and will recieve residual income from all interactive business ventures thereof.
The whole objective of this group is to provide a better quality of life for all persons, create jobs, try to diminish homelessness, and to give back to the community; with our collective help (invididually and corporately) this goal can and will be achieved. With a portion of the finances obtained we plan to confront and correct the various ills within this society; and more specifically the overall community and bring forth an overall social "renaissance". We also plan to build schools, factories, businesses, airports and homes.
We plan to enter into the areas of science, medicine, electrical engineering, agriculture and harvesting, computer programming/installations and repair, manufacturing, distribution, food processing and canning, computer software, architecture, environmental/mineral extractions (diamond, gold, steel, copper, etc.), credit cards, banks, real estate, marine biology, media communications (paper, radio, telephone, video, CD Rom, DVD, internet and television, etc.)
